As I’m typing this on my phone, I’m currently having a panic attack in my econ lecture. Someone commented on my 1st blog post, what you resist, persists and this is what I keep repeating in my head.
My breathing was heavy and labored, my face and head are numb, but I refuse to let the attack win. I know it’ll be over soon and typing this is definitely helping. I’ve been using the CalmKeeper app on my phone and deep breathing exercises and they are def helping immensely.
Now off to actually trying to pay attention and understand what the professor’s talking about..Might I add, I still have another hour and 15 class right after this in this same big lecture hall…To Be Continued
